Prayer is a first work of a mature believer. Here at New London Alliance Church we are accepting the challenge to be more intentional and focused in our prayer efforts. We realize we need to step up and be the men and women of prayer that Jesus has asked us to be.
"But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words. Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him." Mat 6:6-8

From Mike Zellner: I would like to request bold prayers for my sister-in-law that is in Florida. She was put in the hospital yesterday. She has pneumonia, one lung is 3/4 full of fluid. They are going to try to drain it today; hopefully they don't collapse it. Please pray for complete healing and to let the doctors and the nurses know that this could only have happened because of God's hand on it all.
From Sarah Conley: My friend that had a medical test yesterday, just has to wait for results in a week. Praying that whatever results come back can be dealt with.
