Prayer is a first work of a mature believer. Here at New London Alliance Church we are accepting the challenge to be more intentional and focused in our prayer efforts. We realize we need to step up and be the men and women of prayer that Jesus has asked us to be.
"But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words. Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him." Mat 6:6-8

Update Please continue to pray for 5-year old Braylee. She has the same deficiency Blake McKee does and she is very, very ill. The latest is that she had an emergency chest tube placed and has lost a lot of blood. Please pray for Braylee and her family to stay strong and for wisdom for the doctors.
Praises! From Char Hansberger: It was not Don's heart but different side effects from his COPD that he never had before. Thank you to everyone who has lifted him up in prayer. Hopefully, he will be coming home today!
